Print your 30-day challenge card
A challenge you can see beats one you have to remember. Type your name, pick a start date if you like, and print a 30-day grid to stick on the fridge — one square to cross off per sugar-free day. Paper doesn't send notifications, and that's rather the point.
My 30-day no-sugar challenge
Cross off each sugar-free day. A slip costs one day, not thirty.

Before you print: three ground rules
- Define "no sugar" now. Desserts, candy, sugary drinks, added sugar in coffee — decide the edge cases (fruit, honey) before day 1.
- A slip costs one day, not thirty. Skip the square, keep going. All-or-nothing scoring is how most challenges die.
- Plan the events. There will be a birthday in the next 30 days. Decide your policy before the cake arrives.
